1. How does shipping and delivery work?
- Once your order is placed our team will usually pick and pack the order within 24-72 hours. Orders with expedited shipping will be given the highest priority and can be expected to be sent out within 24 hours during the business week.
- All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as well.
- For orders with multiple items, some items may be shipped separately depending on where they are stocked. For these orders, you can still expect all your items to arrive within the given transit time based on the type of shipping selected.
- The shipping address that is provided at checkout is the address we will ship your order to. If you notice there is an error in your shipping address please notify us as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
2. How long will my order take for delivery?
- Shipping and delivery times differ based on the type of shipping you select at checkout. Processing times on orders can take up to 3 business days to ship depending on shipping service. Below are the estimated transit times for each type of shipping.
- Economy Shipping (4-8 Business Days)
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
